Q: I've forgot my Password. What do I do?
If you have forgot your password please click on the "forgot your password" link and enter you e-mail address. Your password will be sent to your registered email address.

Q: How secure is it to pay with my ATM card?
Your registration will be handled on Interswitch's secure website. We at premiershipmanageronline will not have access to any of your ATM card details.
Q: If I WIN, how will you pay me my money?
Be rest assured if you are a winner of one of our fantastic cash prizes, you will receive your money. But you MUST do the following:
- Give your correct and current email address during your registration
- Check the winners section on the front page of the website to find out if you are a winner.
If you do not come forward after email notification has been sent for two weeks, the first runner up will be awarded your prize.
Q: Registration and payments
You can register your entries for the N100,000 premiershipmanageronline championship on this website using your ATM card from whatever bank. Registration by this method costs N1000, and you will be registered immediately.
Q: Will new players transferred into the Premier League be available to select?
Yes. We keep a close eye on the transfer market and if any new names are signed by a Premier League club we'll endeavor to include them in the premiershipmanageronline Player Lists.
Q: What happens if I register after the season starts?
Do not worry if you register after ther season starts. You will simply be given an average points score so you will not be too far behind. Though the sooner you register the better. Also you will still be able to contest the manager of the month and the team of the week aswell as the overall championship.
Q: Can I only transfer players during the January transfer window like the real life Premier League?
No. Registered players can make transfers THROUGHOUT the season. There is a charge of N100 for any transfer you wish to make for that week only. Payment will be made online using your ATM card.

Q: Can I change my team name or other details?
Sorry, you cannot change your team name. With so many teams entered in the game it just wouldn't be practical. So make sure you enter your team name carefully. It could be your passport to fame and fortune. However, you can change your other personal details. Just log in with your Username and Password in the usual way and then visit the My Details page.
