All players must use their own debit/ atm card for payments and must not disclose their card details to any unauthorized person/s. Premiershipmanager online will not be held liable for any misuse of debit/atm cards.

Premiershipmanageronline reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of this promotion, without notice, in the event of major catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, earthquake or any actual, anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or foul play or any other similar events.

The panel's decision regarding points is final; no discussion will be entered into.

Sometimes the information provided to us is incorrect, this is unfortunate but unavoidable.

Points are awarded based on the referee's decision on the day; if decisions are reversed points will be amended e.g. withdrawn yellow and red cards. Dubious goals will be re assigned. If the points awarded have not been re adjusted in line with leagues reversed decision, within two weeks of the decision by the Premier League, then it the duty of those players concerned to inform Premiershipmanageronline Premiershipmanageronline reserves the right to refuse inappropriate entries; this includes players who falsify any or all of their personal details.

The winners agree to send in their passport photo and answer some questions via e-mail if not in person, and be available for and participate in any public relations arranged by premiershipmanageronline.

Premiershipmanageronline will not be held responsible for suspension of the site in the event of technical lapses. In such instances registration fees will not be refunded, and premiershipmanageronline will not be held liable for any loss earnings, or emotional distress caused in such instances.

The prize must be claimed within 2 weeks of notification. Failure to do so will result in selecting the first runner up.

In the event of a tie for any of the competitions, the player with the least substitutions will be declared winner.
